Graduated from the Kuibyshev State University, historical faculty with a specialization in «the historian, the history teacher» in 1988. From 1991 worked as the Samara State Aerospace University philosophy faculty lecturer. From 2002 worked as the «Versivo» Association training centre head. From 2003 works as the «Versivo» Association organizational culture director. Has passed Ph.D. defense with conferment of a higher «Candidate of philosophical sciences» degree in 2010.
