In 1989, graduated with honours from the Samara Polytechnic Institute with a degree in drilling of oil and gas wells as a mining engineer. In 1997, graduated by correspondence from the Samara State University as a lawyer with an honours degree in jurisprudence. In 1984-1987, did basic military service in special units of the Armed Forces. Between 1987 and 1991, was employed by oil producers in the Samara and Volgograd regions as a process engineer; took part in the testing of oil and gas formations with abnormal reservoir pressure at the Tengiz field in Western Kazakhstan. Between 1991 and 1996, served at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in various mid and senior officer ranks. Between October 1996 and June 2003, was employed by Russia’s Federal Tax Police Service in the positions of senior investigator, head of interdistrict department, head of organized economic crime department of the Operations Service, head of investigative service department. In June 2003, discharged from the RF FTPS, the Service having been liquidated. Holds the rank of tax police lieutenant colonel. Since 2003, employed by Versivo. © 2012 Versivo Association |
